Betty Clothing
Personal Project
Betty Clothing is a concept project for an online boutique that sells a curated collection of vintage apparel for fashion-forward and creative women. Betty Clothing is an homage to my great-grandmother, Betty. Betty was considered "the matriarch” of our family, which inspired the creative direction of the project in the Elizabethan era, also known as the Golden Age of the English Renaissance.
Deliverables included: the logo suite, typography, brand pattern, brand guidelines, color palette, OOH, and animation. I also created marketing assets for a summer campaign: home page, email marketing, and a direct mailer.
Logo Suite

The brand mark (highlighted) is inspired by an embroidery pattern on Queen Elizabeth I’s dress from the English Renaissance era painting “1588 Armada Portrait” by George Gower. Queen Elizabeth was an influential figure and shared the same first name as my grandmother, Elizabeth (Betty for short!).
